Experience:
Worked at Kocak Insaat as a leading architect, acting chief project architect at GC Vozrozhdenie, a chief project architect at PromGrazhdanProekt LLC, Glavstroy LLC, PIK Proekt LLC.
Executed detailed documentation for a water park, a hotel and a shopping center with the area of 105,000 sq.m. in Vologda. Designed the detailed documentation for the regional court’s building, multi-apartment residential buildings from 5 to 16 storeys, residential complexes and microdistricts. A school, two kindergartens, more than 20 multi-apartment residential buildings, including Ramensky and Novoye Pushkino residential complexes, and two shopping centers were implemented. Participated in the development of modular solutions and documentation for a robotic panel manufacturing plant, the development of multi-apartment residential buildings as per KUB2.5 series at D (Design) and DD (Detailed Documentation) stages, the development of D (Design) and DD (Detailed Documentation) for renovation facilities.
