20 years of work as a product strategy developer in the development and construction structures: as a deputy director of the product development department at GC A101, as a director of the product development department of GC FSK, as a head of the product development department of FSK Leader, as a lead specialist of Urban Group marketing department (https://hh.ru/employer/226760?hhtmFrom=resume), as a marketing analyst at Morton-Invest LLC, Novaya Ploshchad LLC, GC Konti, as a head of the strategic development center at MEL-Novostroyki LLC.

Supervised the development of the product prototype for the markets of Moscow and the Moscow Region in the comfort, business, premium segments; the development of an “ideal section constructor” in a monolithic structure and adaptation of these solutions for industrial building construction; implementation of innovations, including participation in Buildup 2020 of the Skolkovo Foundation. Projects of complex development of the territory for Cinema City (Moscow Region) with the area of 150 ha and Bolshaya Izhora (Leningrad Region) with the area of 540 ha, complex development of the territory for Aqua-Polis (Sochi) with the area of 16.8 ha, Kozhino and Poltevo (Moscow Region) are under implementation. During the period of work, more than 200 investment projects were evaluated, and recommendations for the best and most efficient use of more than a hundred land plots were developed.
