Catalogue of reusable sections for monolithic housing construction objects of FSK Group

The development of the residential product for the FSK-Leader Group consisted in creating typical solutions for sections from 9 to 25 floors.
For all types of sections a universal structural scheme was prepared, as well as a system of unified engineering solutions. At the level of urban planning a set of solutions for use in projects of different scale - from the building in the block development to the housing estate. A design code for facade solutions and a strategy for facade branding were also developed. An important part of the project was the creation of rules and algorithms for the application of typical solutions at various levels.
The solution allowed the client to obtain a tool not only for designing, but also for optimizing internal business processes and reducing the time and cost of implementing new projects.
