K4 Quarter. International competition for the concept of a multifunctional complex within the framework of the Golden City project on the reclaimed lands of Vasilyevsky Island in Saint Petersburg.

The aim of the competition was further development of the complex development territory started by the Golden City residential quarter, which has been implemented by the federal developer GloraX on a land plot with the area of 15 ha since 2015.

The quarter includes an apartment hotel and co-living, two office buildings, a medical center, a cultural center and a market as a public space designed for residents of not only Vasilyevsky Island, but the whole Saint Petersburg.
