Golden City. International competition for the concept of development on the reclaimed lands of Vasilyevsky Island in Saint Petersburg.
The aim of the competition is to create a complex development project for a new district in Saint Petersburg on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, six kilometers from the historical center of the city. The land plot is adjacent to the passenger port from the north. Such location requires special attention to architecture, and provides an opportunity to create a significant city project that fulfills the potential of the territory in full.
The new development includes residential and public buildings, a school, a kindergarten and service facilities. One of the main elements of the project is the creation of a new embankment and a waterfront of the city.
