New Bitza Residential Complex (2nd stage of development)

The second phase of the Yuzhnaya Bitza complex development involves the use of typical sections and their elements, developed for DSK-1 on the basis of the Euro-Module series.
Due to the complexity of the vertical layout, individual solutions are used to organize commercial premises and apartments for physically challenged people on the first floors. The facade solutions for buildings 11 and 12 took into account the context of the first phase of the development, which had been completed by the client earlier. A positive expert appraisal report was obtained for the construction.
