It is a project for one of the most economically active and dynamically developing cities in the Moscow Region where affordable and comfortable housing is in demand.
The project involves complex development of the territory with the residential development, social facilities and developed public spaces. The residential buildings form three large quarters with the width from 75 m and height from 175 to 250 m; being located along the perimeter of the quarter, they ensure safety of the courtyards.
The project also involves a business park, a school and two kindergartens.
The key task was to use standard sections to achieve the most versatile apartment layout and efficient development.
This project stands out due to the balance of high-density development and accessible urban environment. The system of public spaces is well developed. The social and educational facilities are accessible to pedestrians without crossing streets and driveways, while the boulevards and parks function as connecting elements. A positive expert opinion has been received, the construction is in progress.
