Development in the Molzhaninovsky District of Moscow: 1st Leningradsky Residential Complex

The project represents the implementation of standard solutions “Euro-Module”. An architectural and urban planning concept was developed within the framework of the previously approved land planning documentation, development of AS (Architectural solutions) section and engineering solutions were performed.
Additional height restrictions related to the close proximity of the design area to Sheremetyevo Airport were also identified and taken into account in the process of work.
In addition to the residential development, it is planned to locate a regular school for 1050 children and a kindergarten for 475 children. The system of main axes helps to improve the interconnection of the residential quarters with the public green areas and increases accessibility for pedestrians.
A positive expert opinion has been received, the construction is in progress.
