Design of the Italian Quarter Residential Complex Started

Design works of the Italian Quarter residential complex have been started.

The facilities include residential buildings with a total area of 360,000 sq.m., multilevel car parks, a secondary school for 1100 children, and a kindergarten for 190 children.
The Client is Eskadra Development.

The aim of the project is to create a new residential area with a high European quality of life:
· formation of high-quality public and private courtyard spaces (the central axis of public spaces is formed by a boulevard where coffee-houses, shops and service companies will be located);
· courtyards of residential buildings will be filled with sunlight all day, in winter and summer, due to their optimal location;
· residential buildings will form a conspicuous silhouette with high-rise accents.

The development of the residential development project is carried out jointly with the Milan bureau Cino Zucchi.
